Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and project execution
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout shift
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery with proper training
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks in all weather
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for night shift (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic tool operation knowledge (saws, drills, etc.)
- Drug-free workplace compliance required
- Ability to pass background check and physical assessment
