Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, cleanup, and safety compliance
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under proper supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, safety protocols, and project specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project execution
- Report hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately to site supervisor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction labor or related experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction materials
- Reliable transportation and ability to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications as required
