Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and basic construction tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and operating equipment
- Load/unload construction materials and tools safely using proper lifting techniques
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Operate basic machinery like jackhammers, saws, and drills under supervision
- Perform manual labor including digging, shoveling, and carrying materials
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks and report issues
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counting
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for night shift (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Team player with positive attitude
