Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, structural framing, and finishing tasks during night shifts
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Install/repair electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC components
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain site cleanliness
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet nightly production targets
- Perform emergency repairs and weather-related site preparations
- Read blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Maintain equipment logs and inventory control systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Expertise in power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Shift flexibility (10 PM - 6 AM, weekends as needed)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Texas Class B CDL preferred but not required
