Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery under supervision
- Follow precise safety protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Assist skilled trades with concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Conduct site cleanup and debris removal between shifts
- Complete accurate daily progress reports and time logs
- Participate in mandatory safety briefings and toolbox talks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for 10-12 hour shifts (6PM-6AM schedule)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Steel-toe boots and basic PPE required (provided)
