Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand tools and light machinery under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support various construction tasks including demolition, excavation, and framing
- Load/unload materials and equipment safely
- Perform basic site cleanup and waste management
Qualifications
- No experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
- Reliable transportation to job sites
