Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled tradespersons with site preparation and construction activities
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout shift rotations
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws) under supervision
- Complete daily timecards and progress reports accurately
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic hand tool knowledge and construction site awareness
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Must be 18+ years old with authorized US work status
