Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation

- Maintain clean and organized job sites to facilitate efficient workflow
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and effectively
- Complete daily progress reports and inventory management

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts in all weather conditions
