Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including concrete pouring, excavation, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, welders)
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance and daily inspections
- Adhere to strict night shift safety procedures and communication protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience or equivalent vocational training
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material calculations and measurements
- Experience operating power tools and heavy machinery
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as project demands
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
