Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation during night shift operations
- Operate construction equipment including jackhammers, saws, and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites with proper waste management protocols
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures
- Complete daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of construction labor experience or relevant trade certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Availability to work 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4:30 AM) including weekends
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction materials
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety excellence
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
