Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks under night shift supervision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts with precision
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, equipment setup, and safety compliance
- Perform concrete work, framing, and finishing operations per blueprints
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience or relevant trade certification
- Valid OSHA 30-hour construction certification required
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Experience operating heavy machinery (CDL preferred but not required)
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and emergency procedures
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass background/drug screening
- Availability for consistent night shift schedule (6 PM - 6 AM)
