Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervisor guidance

- Participate in safety briefings and emergency response drills
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Complete daily progress reports and time tracking documentation
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) and flexible weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
