Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and foundation work per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts safely
- Construct and install scaffolding, bracing, and temporary structures
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Assist skilled tradespersons with complex installations
- Perform site cleanup and waste management procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class B CDL or forklift certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Availability for 4-12 hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
