Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Perform site preparation, including excavation, leveling, and cleanup.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety instructions.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- No prior construction experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
