Responsibilities
- Safely unload, organize, and transport construction materials and equipment
- Operate power tools including jackhammers, saws, and drills under supervision
- Assist skilled trades with trenching, demolition, and site preparation tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job site with proper waste disposal
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain equipment logs
- Collaborate with crew members to meet overnight production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor or related experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction materials
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Strong work ethic with commitment to safety excellence
- Ability to work independently in low-light conditions
