- Maintain job site cleanliness and material organization
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Assist skilled trades with complex installations
- Complete daily progress reports and time logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Class B CDL license a plus
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Reliable transportation to night shift sites
