Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and trenching tasks
- Read blueprints and communicate with supervisors effectively
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery under supervision
- Complete daily shift reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction labor experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Availability for 4x10 night shift schedule (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
