Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation during overnight shifts
- Operate construction equipment safely under supervision (excavators, forklifts, etc.)
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tight project deadlines
- Adapt to changing site conditions and weather challenges
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working in extreme temperatures and heights
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Albuquerque
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
