Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and equipment operation during night shifts
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery with training
- Read blueprints and execute construction plans accurately
- Manage inventory and stock materials at job sites
- Participate in shift handovers and progress reporting
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
