Responsibilities
- Execute heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks during night shifts
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment under supervision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete work, demolition, and structural assembly
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications with precision
- Manage inventory and transport materials across multi-story construction sites
- Perform site cleanup and hazard mitigation before shift end
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or trade school certification
- OSHA 10-hour construction safety certification required
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience operating power tools and basic heavy machinery
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Flexibility to work overtime and variable schedules
