Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision (hammers, saws, etc.)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Complete minor demolition and site restoration tasks
- Adhere to project timelines and supervisor instructions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide paid training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to job sites across LA County
- Flexible availability for night shifts (typically 6 PM - 4 AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
