Responsibilities
- Assist with construction site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Safely operate hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Follow site safety protocols and assist with hazard prevention
- Perform basic cleanup and debris removal operations
- Support skilled trades with material delivery and task assistance
- Complete daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work nights (6 PM - 6 AM schedule)
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic communication skills and team-oriented mindset
