Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Prepare job sites: clearing debris, setting up barriers
- Assist concrete pouring, grading, and finishing tasks
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and repetitive motions
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized work areas
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Basic tool operation experience preferred
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in all weather
- Strong attention to safety detail
- Ability to follow verbal/written instructions
- Flexible availability (Sat/Sun shifts)
- Background check clearance required
