Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and material handling operations
- Operate heavy machinery including skid steers and forklifts
- Install and remove construction safety barriers/signage
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Assist skilled trades with material preparation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Complete daily equipment inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Class A CDL preferred
- Strong night shift availability
- Pass pre-employment physical
- Basic power tool proficiency
