Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pours, structural framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, jackhammers) with certification
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Read and interpret blueprints for complex commercial building plans
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines
- Install and remove temporary construction barriers and signage
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per industry standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme conditions
- Class B CDL or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Experience with concrete forming and rebar installation
- Ability to work autonomously and troubleshoot on-site issues
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
