Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and earth-moving operations under supervisor guidance
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and jackhammers safely
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up barricades, and organizing materials
- Maintain equipment and tools through daily inspections and preventive maintenance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
