- Execute complex construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and structural assembly during night shifts
- Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, excavators) with precision and safety compliance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines and quality standards
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance checks
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering specifications

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified construction labor experience with night shift documentation
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and basic construction equipment
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Flexibility to work overtime and variable night shift schedules
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
