Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations under night shift supervision
- Operate heavy machinery including skid steers, excavators, and compactors with certified proficiency
- Construct and install structural frameworks, scaffolding, and temporary site enclosures
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized job site cleanliness
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material handling, equipment setup, and task coordination
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance and daily safety inspections
- Document work progress and report site issues to shift supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience or relevant trade certification
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and basic construction equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision in night shift work
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and overtime during project deadlines
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
