Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and demolition tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades professionals
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Implement strict OSHA safety protocols and procedures
- Read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Complete daily reports and quality inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
