Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Prepare and clean work areas following safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradesmen with layout and installation tasks
- Maintain accurate daily logs of materials and progress
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Background check and drug test required
- Previous construction experience preferred
