Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and material handling tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and power tools
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and blueprints
- Assist skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, masons) with material prep
- Maintain job site cleanliness and equipment functionality
- Document daily progress and material usage
- Participate in weekly safety briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction/labor experience
- Valid O-10 construction certification
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme temperatures
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
