Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks under night supervision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints for residential/commercial projects
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional trades during night operations
- Inspect materials and equipment for functionality
- Participate in pre-shift safety briefings and tool checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Experience with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Flexibility to work 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Pass pre-employment drug and background screening
- Basic blueprint reading skills required
