Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic construction tools under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout shifts
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding duties
- Participate in emergency site response as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Stamina for 8+ hour shifts in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred
- No prior experience required – we provide training!
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
