Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled trades with site preparation, cleanup, and safety protocols
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery under supervisor guidance
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Maintain a safe, organized work area and comply with OSHA standards
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Participate in daily shift briefings and progress reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for 10-hour overnight shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
