Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and concrete work.</li><li>Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment on the job site.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work area by removing debris and following safety protocols.</li><li>Operate basic construction tools and power equipment under supervision.</li><li>Perform site preparation tasks such as digging, tamping, and leveling.</li><li>Communicate effectively with team leads and foremen regarding project needs.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Must be willing to work the night shift (typically 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM).</li><li>Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and standing for long periods.</li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li><li>Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.</li><li>Commitment to workplace safety and following OSHA guidelines.</li><li>Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.</li></ul>
