Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling under night shift conditions
- Operate heavy machinery (backhoes, forklifts) and power tools safely
- Assist carpenters and masons with framing, pouring concrete, and finishing tasks
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or equivalent training
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- OSHA 10 certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow verbal instructions
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
