Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) under proper supervision
- Install/assemble temporary structures and safety barriers
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA standards
- Assist skilled trades with material staging and equipment setup
- Perform concrete finishing and basic carpentry tasks
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency (drills, saws, etc.)
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Pass background/drug screening
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
