- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance checks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for night operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Steel-toed boots and basic hand tools required
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
