Responsibilities
- Excavate, lift, and transport construction materials using manual tools and machinery
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under night shift conditions
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Follow strict safety protocols for night work including high-visibility gear
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic preventative maintenance
- Document daily progress and material usage via digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or heavy labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme temperatures
- Reliable transportation to 456 Industrial Park Blvd
- Flexible availability for rotating night schedules (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for material calculations and inventory
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must be 18+ years old with valid state ID
