Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment on-site.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Signal operators of heavy machinery to ensure safe material placement.
- Complete daily time sheets and job reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred).
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Experience in construction labor is a plus but not required.
