Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and site preparation tasks during night shift hours
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and bulldozers with precision
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Mix concrete, pour foundations, and perform finish work under low-light conditions
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electricians and carpenters
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Experience operating hand/power tools and heavy machinery
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
