Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and demolition tasks following OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized job sites including debris removal and equipment sanitation
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery under direct supervision
- Read basic blueprints and follow verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Participate in nightly safety briefings and emergency drills
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work nights (6 PM - 6 AM) in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
