Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) under supervision
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and leveling terrain
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and layout
- Perform concrete pouring and finishing per project specifications
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and safety checks
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional crews to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Strong communication in English/Spanish preferred
