Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with team members and subcontractors
- Conduct safety inspections and implement proper electrical safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients
Qualifications
- Valid Kansas electrical license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of professional electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential/commercial wiring systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and safety regulations
- Experience with troubleshooting and diagnostic tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Physical stamina for climbing ladders and working in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
