Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools under supervisor guidance
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Perform basic concrete and carpentry tasks
- Collaborate with crew members for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work night shift (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic tool knowledge or willingness to learn
