Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and debris removal
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and power tools with precision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete pouring, and finishing work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex builds
- Document daily progress and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required (will train)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and heavy machinery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts as needed
