Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Install scaffolding, formwork, and concrete structures
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Adhere to safety protocols and conduct equipment inspections
- Collaborate with skilled trades during critical phases
- Document daily progress and material usage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Basic knowledge of power tools and heavy machinery
- Flexibility for overnight shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
