Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery under supervision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Assist skilled trades with concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform quality checks and document daily progress reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction or heavy labor experience
- OSHA 10-Hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexible availability for 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4:30 AM)
