Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) under certified supervision
- Construct/repair infrastructure components following blueprints and safety protocols
- Maintain organized job sites through debris removal and equipment sanitization
- Collaborate with cross-functional crews to meet night shift production targets
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or industrial labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency (hammers, saws, drills)
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekend flexibility
