Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, concrete pouring, and framing tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including jackhammers, saws, and drills
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Assist in material handling and site preparation
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on complex builds
- Perform site cleanup and waste management
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-Hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for 4x10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and time management
